Team Red Dog Recognized for Excellent Work in Supporting Client’s New Brand Studio for Multiple Products with Strategy, Writing and Editing

SITUATION

The client, a large technology company, was in the process of a product repositioning effort and setting up an internal brand studio. In addition, they were preparing for a major launch of a new product.

PROBLEM

The client needed a dedicated resource to help with the many deliverables and deadlines, lead the messaging strategy, and write a range of content materials.

SOLUTION

Therefore, Team Red Dog placed a senior writer to take ownership of certain channels and actively participate in the creation of the brand studio. Responsibilities involved writing copy for a range of deliverables for multiple products and brands, and creating content to support emerging messaging around software as a platform and the benefits of the Cloud.

Specific deliverables included emails, wording for upsell objects such as pop-overs and chat bots, user interface copy, and PowerPoint presentations for leadership.

In addition, Team Red Dog was tapped to lead the messaging strategy for a brand new product. The Team Red Dog writer served as the lead copywriter on the project, and worked closely with the senior designer, creative director, general manager, product team, and senior director of brand strategy.
